Registration includes: 

•  Admission to all scientific sessions
• Opening & Keynote Session on 27.08.2026
• Welcome Reception on 27.08.2026 (pre-booking required)
• Congress material (congress bag, final program)
• Lunches and coffee breaks at the congress venue on 28.08. and 29.08.2026
• Poster session on 28.08. and 29.08.2026 (Includes light meal on 28.08. 2026.)
• Closing Ceremony on 30.08.2026

 Registration Fee for Accompanying Persons 

Registration includes: 

• Opening & Keynote Session on 27.08.2026
• Welcome Reception on 27.08.2026 (pre-booking required)
• Japanese Cultural Experience on 28.08. and 29.08.2026
• Closing Ceremony on 30.08.2026

 IMPORTANT NOTES 

For Early Postdoc Researchers and Students, please prepare the following documents for on-site registration. Failure to present them will result in payment of the difference between the Regular Participation fee and the applicable category fee.

・Early-career researchers: Evidence of completion of a master's or doctoral program (copies or images acceptable, e.g., graduation certificate, degree certification)
・Students: Student ID card

Day-by-day registration is not accepted.

If you choose bank transfer for payment of the registration fee, please cover the transfer fees yourself.

 CANCELLATION POLICY 

Cancellations received by 15/06/2026 (11:59 pm JST) will receive 100% of the paid conference fee refunded.

Cancellations received from 16/06/2026 until 31/07/2026 (11:59 pm JST) will receive 50% of the paid conference fee refunded.

Cancellations received after 01/08/2026 (11:59 pm JST)  will receive no refund of the paid conference fee.

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Local committee of the 17th ISEI Symposium (email: isei2026@list.waseda.jp)
